BAILEY HAVEN LOFTS — M STREET, WASHINGTON, DCThis nine unit apartment complex is 3 stories, and located in Mount Vernon Square, next to the Convention Center. Demolition on the previously existing building began in November of 2010 and the project completed in August of 2011. The top floor units offer two stories, with a mezzanine and roof terrace. The different apartment units are between 600-800 sq ft each. |

THE BELVEDERE, NW, WASHINGTON, DCWith this condominium project, at the Old Columbia Hospital for Women building, McCullough was able to turn a cold dark shell into a custom designed private residence. The special amenities included a custom gas fireplace, premium appliances, custom hand carved stone sink and highly crafted millwork. Close coordination was required to satisfy the Owner, his designer in New York and his local Architect. |

1828 JEFFERSON PLACE, NW, WASHINGTON, DCThis complete renovation of four historic townhouses in Dupont Circle culminated the elegance of the old and the advanced comforts of the new. Behind the four story historic masonry facades that were completely restored, McCullough constructed a seven story condominium project with 23 luxury homes. The structure was a composite steel frame that was founded on a new “Driven H-Pile” foundation system. |

THE ESCALADE, SE, WASHINGTON, DCThis new building incorporated twelve two-story duplex condominiums. Each unit featured balconies/patios at the front and rear facilitating (private) outdoor activities in an urban environment. Constructed in Washington, DC’s historic Capitol Hill, this project was exclusively designed to complement the surrounding neighborhood by including copper flashing, extensive use of wrought iron and brick paved walks. The end result was to provide modern conveniences without spoiling the character of this historic area. |

METRO PLACE – DUNN LORING, VIENNA, VAThis two-story underground parking facility that utilized a 35,000 square foot footprint was one of several buildings that McCullough built at Metro Place. This parking facility served as the foundation for two four-story, wood framed condominium structures with three elevators, a single story club house and a swimming pool. |

THE RESIDENCES AT THE RITZ CARLTON, GEORGETOWN, NW, WASHINGTON, DCMcCullough transformed an existing “cold dark shell” into premier luxury homes with a scenic view of the Potomac River in the heart of Georgetown. Features included limestone floors in entry foyers, marble floors in bathrooms and 3⁄4” Brazilian cherry hard wood floors. The units featured up to five bedrooms, balconies, ten foot high ceilings, “Sub-Zero” and “Viking” appliances and “Poggen Pohl” kitchen cabinetry. Individual condominiums sold from $2 Million to $8 Million. |
