Room & BoardThis 40,000 sf Historic Property, built in 1919 as a showroom and factory for Ford Motors, was renovated to house a new and modern furniture store. In addition to high end contemporary finishes, all new building systems were added, including elevator, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems. |

7 STATE CIRCLE, ANNAPOLIS, MDLocated across from the Maryland state capitol building, McCullough completed this unique project. The first two levels include retail space with commercial space on the third and fourth levels. As vehicular parking in Annapolis is a premium, this design required an automated parking system to accommodate thirty cars. |

3100 SOUTH STREET, NW, WASHINGTON, DCMcCullough Construction was called to renovate the bar in a five-star hotel in Georgetown. The project included a complete new mechanical system, associated electrical work and restoration of finishes. The project was completed on a fast-track schedule while the hotel and amenities remain fully operational. |
