Room & BoardThis 40,000 sf Historic Property, built in 1919 as a showroom and factory for Ford Motors, was renovated to house a new and modern furniture store. In addition to high end contemporary finishes, all new building systems were added, including elevator, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems. |

The first two levels include retail space with commercial space on the third and fourth levels. As vehicular parking in Annapolis is a premium, this design required an automated parking system to accommodate thirty cars. |

The project included a complete new mechanical system, associated electrical work and restoration of finishes.
