The project consists of a new mixed-use multi-family building with ground floor retail. There are 100 apartment units. The structure consists of 5 floors of cast-in-place concrete and with 1 level of below grade parking, a courtyard space, and multiple amenity spaces. The building’s façade is a combination of masonry, composite metal panels, fiber cement panels, wood windows, vinyl windows, and storefront.
