NW One is a 232,010 SF, seven-story, all-residential building located between two rapidly changing neighborhoods – Mt. Vernon Triangle and NOMA (North of Massachusetts Avenue). Situated on the border of NE & NW DC along N. Capitol St., this project will include 220 units, of which 33% are market rate and 67% are affordable.

The building envelope includes a two-story masonry façade, fiber cement panels, brick veneers and green roofs. The project also includes an above-grade parking garage (91 spaces), bike room, solar panels, a fitness center, a club room, open air courtyards and is designed to achieve a 2015 Green Communities certification.
