With this condominium project, at the Old Columbia Hospital for Women building, McCullough was able to turn a cold dark shell into a custom designed private residence. The special amenities included a custom gas fireplace, premium appliances, custom hand carved stone sink and highly crafted millwork. Close coordination was required to satisfy the Owner, his designer in New York and his local Architect.
