The Griffin is a new “ground up”, luxury apartment building in Washington DC. There are 8 levels above grade and one level of below grade parking. These spacious apartments feature private terraces for individual units as well as private balconies. Finishes include hard wood flooring, stone tile in all bathrooms with Silestone tops and stainless steel-Bosch appliances.

The structural system is two levels of reinforced concrete with seven levels of load bearing structural stud walls and a 5” composite deck. This system has allowed for very generous ceiling heights of 8-10” in all living areas as well as a superb product as it relates to sound attenuation.
