McCullough transformed an existing “cold dark shell” into premier luxury homes with a scenic view of the Potomac River in the heart of Georgetown. Features included limestone floors in entry foyers, marble floors in bathrooms and 3⁄4” Brazilian cherry hard wood floors. The units featured up to five bedrooms, balconies, ten foot high ceilings, “Sub-Zero” and “Viking” appliances and “Poggen Pohl” kitchen cabinetry. Individual condominiums sold from $2 Million to $8 Million.
