The project will feature a new six story mixed-use building consisting of 109 residential condos and common area amenities built on top of an existing below-ground parking garage and is being built for Hines Interests L.P. The structure consists of a concrete podium with 5 stories of wood framing, the facade features brick, metal panels, siding, and storefront. There is a total of 105,000 square feet of residential space, and 13,000 square feet of retail.
