The repair of this seven-story office building included shoring of each column around the perimeter of the building, removal and replacement of deteriorated steel columns, and installation of new above-grade concrete pier footings. The steel beam to column connections throughout the building were also inspected and repaired. Once the structural repairs were complete, the offices were rebuilt to their original design.
