Current Projects

McCullough Construction is currently working on a variety of projects in different DC neighborhoods, including:

  • a new 108-unit apartment building located at 1425 Harvard Street, NW
  • a conversion from Office to apartments of the existing Longfellow Building located at 1201 Connecticut Ave, NW
  • new construction and redevelopment of an existing church site at 614 S Street, NW
  • and a new 69-unit apartment building located at 1109 Congress Street, NW
