S Street Village involves the new construction and redevelopment of an existing church site owned by Manna and New Community Church located at 614 S Street NW. The project will involve selectively demolishing the rowhomes surrounding the church in order to construct a new apartment building consisting of 90-units and an office space for Manna’s new headquarters. The proposed structure will include 7 stories above grade along with a penthouse, and 1 story below grade. The project will feature multiple common areas, a lobby, fitness center, a centralized courtyard, green roof and underground parking.
