East Capitol

One of McCullough’s latest multi-family projects is Phase I of 3534 East Capitol Street in Northeast DC.  The 140,000 SF building features 137 apartment units and 2,300 SF of retail on the main level, as well as 75 below grade parking spaces with ample bike storage.

The façade consists of brick & fiber cement paneling, while amenities include a fitness center, business center, club room and green roof.  Substantial completion is slated for end of June 2018 with an approximate total value of $25M.  

Phase II of the project is currently being finalized, with an anticipated 100 extra units that will attach to the west end of Phase I.
