Located at the corner of North Capitol Street and K Street, NW, Northwest One Phase 2 is the second residential construction project at MRP Realty’s NW One development. This project encompasses approximately 220,000 gross square feet and includes 212 affordable apartment units ranging from studios to 4-bedroom units. The building also includes a parking garage, fitness center, lounge, bike storage, and two heavily landscaped courtyards. The structure consists of a concrete podium with 5 levels of wood framing above and the façade features granite cladding, brick masonry, corrugated metal panels, fiber cement siding and aluminum-framed storefront. This project also features sustainable design elements including green roofs, roof-mounted solar panels, on-structure bioretention facilities, and high-efficiency mechanical systems.

The project is scheduled to be completed in the Spring of 2025.  The estimated value is $57M.
