Park Kennedy, previously named Hill East, is a recently completed project located in Southeast DC. It consists of 262 apartments – compiled of studio, 1, 1+ den, and two bedroom units. There is also below grade parking and ground floor retail. Overall square footage is 286,808 SF.

The facade is extremeley unique – a mix of aluminum storefronts, brick masonry and cast stone, fiber cement panels, and ornamental metal railings. There are multiple amenity spaces on this project – yoga, cardio and gym rooms, meeting spaces, and even an outdoor courtyard where tenants can gather to entertain and grill. The rooftop also has more outdoor grills and a dog run.

The approximate value is $62M.
