This large-scale mixed-use project is at the previous site of the non-profit Martha’s table (which provides resources to the underserved communities in DC and is still operating in several other locations).  This new ground-up building holds 233 apartments, 25,000 SF of retail, 5,300 SF for offices, and 4,000 SF of event space.

The complex also boasts a fitness center, dog washing station, grilling/fire pit area, and an expansive rooftop community space, which will host a variety of events and activities.  Work on this project commenced in May of 2019 and was completed in September 2021.
