This project involved renovating an 11-story office building into (85) high-end apartment-style rental units. The building now is operated by Mint House, a company that provides premium “extended stay” guest units and offers the option of nightly, short-term, or long-term living. The project includes building amenities such as a fitness facility, a dedicated office/meeting space, and a café area. The “apartment-style” hospitality units range from studios to two-bedrooms and unlike your typical hotel room, the units will be equipped with kitchens, living, and dining areas. The project is located in downtown NW near McPherson Square Park and is within walking distance of the White House. The 1010 Vermont project was completed in May of 2025.
