This project involves renovating an 11-story office building into (85) high-end apartment-style rental units. The building will eventually be operated by Mint House, who is a company that provides premium “extended stay” guest units and offers the option of nightly, short-term, or long-term living. The project will include building amenities such as a fitness facility, a dedicated office/meeting space, and a café area. The “apartment-style” hospitality units range from studios to two-bedrooms and unlike your typical hotel room, the units will be equipped with kitchens, living, and dining areas. The project is located in downtown NW near McPherson Square Park and is within walking distance of the White House.
