207 3rd Street involves the historic rehabilitation of a 3-story townhome located in Capital Hill for Belmont Abbey College. The project will feature 6 luxury apartment units totaling approximately 4,000 SF and it will be used to serve special visitors and graduate students. The structural work will involve lowering the existing basement which will include underpinning, new foundations, and additional structural improvements. The façade work will consist of a historic renovation of the original masonry elements, new windows, and other minor improvements.
