207 3rd Street involved the historic rehabilitation of a 3-story townhome located in Capital Hill for Belmont Abbey College. The project featured 6 luxury apartment units totaling approximately 4,000 SF. It is now used to serve special visitors and graduate students. The structural work involved lowering the existing basement which included underpinning, new foundations, and additional structural improvements. The façade work consisted of a historic renovation of the original masonry elements, new windows, and other minor improvements.
