McCullough Construction transformed a vacant lot into a distinctive Class A office and retail project in the heart of historic Annapolis, MD. This unique project, located across from the Maryland state capitol building, was multi-faceted; including two levels of retail space with commercial space on the third and fourth levels, as well as an automated parking system to accommodate thirty cars.
