McCullough finished construction on this 4 story apartment building in the Shaw/Logan Circle neighborhood in July of 2012. Work on the 32,125sq ft, $5.1 M project includes a foundation system utilizing a combination of spread footings, concrete piers, and grade beams to support the steel structure above.

The building façade is comprised of architectural concrete masonry, aluminum windows, and phenolic wall panels that form a unique rain screen system. This project achieved LEED certification by incorporating several sustainable features, including a green roof system, energy efficient HVAC and lighting systems, and the use of materials that are manufactured locally and/or contain recycled content.
