The Fort Lincoln Multifamily Project features 370,000 SF and 236 units in the heart of Fort Lincoln in Northeast DC. The brick, five-level building will have below grade parking and a green roof.

Façade Materials include Brick, Fiber Cement and Cultured Stone Veneer. The Main Entry is comprised of Storefront Entrance and entry is covered by steel framed canopy that is clad in composite panels.

Amenities include Fitness Center, Clubroom, Co-Working Lounge, Pet Spa, Terrace along the entry road and Outdoor Courtyard overlooking Protected Wetlands.

The project reached completion in the summer of 2019. Estimated value is $39M.
