2024 NAIOP Award of Excellence for Best Multi-Family Project in D.C

In September, Hill East Parcel F – “The Ethel” won the NAIOP Award of Excellence for best Multi-Family Project in DC! The NAIOP Awards recognize the best new projects in Washington, D.C. and Maryland.

The Ethel, completed in 2023, is used exclusively for the District of Columbia Permanent Supportive Housing Program (PSHP), which provides aid to homeless individuals by providing them with permanent housing and workforce training opportunities. The structure consists of 5 floors of cast-in-place concrete and with 1 level of below grade parking. Amenities include a communal lounge, training kitchen, hair salon, gym, and a courtyard.
